I have a suspicion Agustin might also be teasing here, Blount.  Anyway, PST is an RPG.  People give long speeches in it about the meaning of life and death, and your sidekick (who is a floating skull) thinks he is the wittiest soul in creation, so he is  wisecracking all the time...

Prelude - Tristan And Isolde
Fate, out of the deep sea's gloom, When a man's heart's pride grows great, And nought seems now to foredoom Fate,
Fate, laden with fears in wait, Draws close through the clouds that loom, Till the soul see, all too late,
More dark than a dead world's tomb, More high than the sheer dawn's gate, More deep than the wide sea's womb,
Fate.

Of course I'm teasing, playing Torment is akin to reading a novel Grin
In fact, it's easily the most philosophical game in existence.

Machinarium is a really good option - I may be at about half the game and so far there hasn't been a single line of text.

Now Blount, does that mean that you didn't enjoy Scratches? Uh? Smiley

I've just finished one has very little reading/dialog: Last Half of Darkness: Beyond the Spirit's Eye.

I've purchased and am playing Machinarium right now.  I love it.  Wonderfully and painfully rendered, with a playful character and relaxing gameplay.  And not a word so far!!
