Ok, re William Shakespeare's Hamlet: A Murder Mystery

I've looked and looked, but I cannot see what exact version of Windows this is. Will I be able to play it in DOSbox if it's Win 3.1?

Is there any way of playing this game in XP? - I'm hoping it will be Win '95 at least? ..and... - I guess it plays with Quicktime, huh?

Hi Traveller.

This is what I can say for sure.

The box says Windows 95. I've played some of it, but on Windows 98 SE. Inferno (who used to be on GameBoomers), has a website and, on that, she has a list of games she's played on various systems. She confirms (here; http://home.earthlink.net/~eddie1231/my_personal_collection.htm ), that it plays on Windows 98 SE.

I've installed the game on XP, but the initial game intro. movies don't play. I've skipped them an the game appears to play as normal from there on. I can't confirm it will be okay all the way through on XP though.

I haven't tried Compatability mode, and I haven't tried DOSbox.
