Ludiz announced today that their first developed game for the iPhone and iPod Touch, titled Zpulse, will be coming to the handhelds along with its lite version on January 10, 2012 on the Apple App Store.

Players in Zpulse will experience a unique combination of rhythm and puzzle-solving, in that not only must they tap the pulsating colored circles on the screen to the correct timing, but also use their brain to create combos to remove or reactivate dead circles that have reached their maximum number of beats. Players will have to play smart and plan ahead as the circles do not last forever.

Zpulse comes with 15 electro songs and puts players through 37 stages, with the circles appearing dynamically to bring a very high replay value. There are also various modes, such as Song Select and Survival Mode.

Additional features of Zpulse include:

  • Intense and exciting gameplay
  • 15 great electro songs!
  • 7 types of circles that will put your rhythmic skills under test
  • 37 stages on 3 difficulties for hours of gameplay
  • Star ratings based on your accuracy
  • Unlock new songs
  • Survival mode for the most tenacious players!
  • Optimized for retina screen display

Zpulse will be available for $0.99 for a limited time on release on January 10, 2012. A free lite version will also be available on the same day.
