Herald is a choice-driven, point-and-click adventure about colonialism. You become Devan Rensburg, a man of mixed heritage assigned to work as a steward aboard the merchant ship HLV Herald. It's a ship full of secrets and mysteries to uncover.

The game takes place in an alternate 19th century. It has a branching narrative that changes according to the way it's played. It's emphasis is on character development as it switches between Devan's past and present.

Devan will find his identity in a world divided by race, class and religion.

At Amsterdam's Casual Connect earlier this year, Herald was the Indie Prize Showcase winner for Best Narrative and was nominated for Best Art.

A Kickstarter campaign with a €15,000 base goal will be in progress until May 25, 2015. A Greenlight campaign is also in progress.

Herald will be released for PC, Mac and Linux at a date TBD.
