Refunds and Exchanges
It is Just Adventure's policy that all sales are final and we do not except returns or issue refunds. Just Adventure also feels one policy cannot fit all cases and our customer satisfaction is what we want.
We understand at times there are extenuating circumstances where a return or refund is justified. If you feel strongly that you are entitled to a refund or exchange please contact us via our Support Desk and explain why you believe you are entitled to a refund or exchange. This does NOT guarantee that you will receive a refund or exchange but we do review each case.
If you receive a product from us that you feel is damage or defective please contact us right away via our Support Desk and explain the issue you are having with our product. We will review the request and if found justified we will replace the product or item for you. This does NOT guarantee that you will receive a replacement but we do review each case.
