Adonia: Age of the Elementalists is an expansive fantasy world in which players are able to choose a hero class and companion monster to explore over 50 regions of the terraformed world of Adonia.
Players will free other elemental monsters from slavery and battle Elementalists in order to restore their planet’s former peace and prosperity. The players' goal in combat will be disruption of their opponents and manipulation of the battlefield with their heroes. Adonia will be a highly strategic game and open to competitive online PvP team battles.
Adonia: Age of the Elementalists is the first game to incorporate MIGUS: a Minimal Input "Graphicless" User-interface System. This will allow players to use a wide variety of conventional RPG commands that typically require a GUI, such as inventory, quest logs and world interaction.
MIGUS allows programmers to develop a full-featured RPG for mobile phones using Android and iOS without an obtrusive interface or false buttons that would otherwise block the limited vision of a smartphone's screen. With MIGUS, the goal is to match the strategy integration, graphic design, functionality and expanse of the virtual world of PC and handheld console RPGs on a mobile platform.
A Kickstarter campaign is in progress until August 30, 2014.
