Teaser Trailer and Screenshots

Neil Gaiman (Coraline, Sandman series, The Graveyard Book) has partnered with The Odd Gentlemen (The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom, Slap Happy Sam's Stageshow) to develop Wayward Manor, his first videogame, to be published by Moonshark (Stan Lee’s Verticus).

Gaiman has described the game as "lighthearted and goofy." It's planned as a multi-part series.

It's the 1920s. Wayward Manor is a rather large Gothic abode in New England. It used to be yours, but you're dead now.

You're also a disgruntled ghost. Your peaceful afterlife has been disrupted by the dysfunctional family of misfits that's moved into Wayward Manor. You want them out.

You will accomplish this by uncovering their deepest fears, driving them 'round the bend and scaring them so badly they'll leave. Doing this will take ingenuity and creativity, but you're definitely up to to the task.

Billed as a puzzle-adventure, the game's first episode will be released in 2014 for PC, Mac and tablet.
