The Eldritch Cases: Dagon - Kickstarter Video, Screens - April 16, 2014
After nearly a year of development, The Eldritch Cases: Dagon is now on Kickstarter. The money the developer hopes to raise will help him create the game he's been dreaming of for quite some time.
It's 1927. The town of Innsmouth is secretly run by the notorious Esoteric Order of Dagon and its evil mastermind, Dr. Herbert West, the warden of the Innsmouth Hospital for the Criminally Insane.
Prohibition agents get word of suspicious behaviour on the Devils Reef, a small island just off the coast of Innsmouth. Fishermen have reported sightings of strange-looking people hiding among the rocks of the otherwise deserted island. They've also heard strange chanting at night.
Convinced this is a cover-up for alcohol smugglers, a landing team is sent to investigate. This swiftly turns into a deadly nightmare that only one of them, Detective Thomas Malone, will survive.
Malone is found by West’s men and taken to Innsmouth Hospital. This is where his (and your) adventure begins...
Remarkably, The Eldritch Cases: Dagon is being created by just one person: Thomas Busse. It will be released on Windows, Mac and Linux.
Please consider supporting the game on Kickstarter.
