The other hentai titles are not actually games per se. Most of them are just interactive books, where the only interaction you will have is reading and clicking to "flip the page".
If you are looking for adventures with erotic themes, you should probably look for the Leisure Suit Larry series. There 6 adventure games, plus a remake and a casino game. There is also Sofporn, a text adventure that served as inspiration for the first Larry game. A new Larry game will be released soon, probably next year.
There is also the Les Manley series. 2 titles that are kinda like a Leisure Suit Larry ripoff.

| Deleted User | Larry is not really an erotic game, its a comedy or parody if you like using some jokes with a double meaning, the same counts for Softporn more or less.
Divi Dead was quite fine but not really top notch, though. There was another series from one company that I liked and think they were the best so far in that category, but I can't recall the titles at the moment.
In the first game you played some guy a journalist who visits his girlfriend on an island where she works as scientist and strange things happen in the next installment you are a private eye solving a case and your client gets murdered but then u find out that your client was not really your client but someone else. The interesting thing with these games was that they had a fantastic story and after solving them one time you could play them again as one of the other characters getting more and more inshight on what really is going on ...with each character you play. To not do everything twice the games of the later characters become shorter and shorter and sometimes also new places are introduced so it is quite fascinating to play the games with all characters. The puzzles of course are very easy unless sometimes when you are supposed to meet somone at someplace and can't find him/her then it takes ages to continue the game because u have to run around without being able to do much until theyfinally pop up someplace.
I'll try to figure out the names and find a site how to get them besides emule...

The easiest thing to do is install emule and start a search for "hentai game" which would get you many names of interesting titles... with those titles you could look in google to find out where to buy them.

Status : Online | The only other Hentai game I found to be somewhat interesting was Nocturnal Illusions. I liked the mysterious atmosphere and some of the characters.
The "gameplay" was similar to other Hentai interactive books, but it added a map of the mansion, so you could explore the rooms in any order you desire.
Most of the time, however, this feature was only a gimmick, as the plot is very linear and sometimes there is only one room that presents a new thing to explore.
By the way, I haven't played Tender Loving Care yet, but it might be somewhat related to the games you are looking for.

Divi-Dead is a pretty good game, although it's more of an 'adult story' than a 'hot sex game' - way too creepy to be sexy, imo. The intro movie is EXCELLENTly scary.

It is point and click, humorous porn adventure game. Was released around 2000/2001 in Europe. Not the best game in the world, but I have to admit that the in-game sex movies that you are permitted to see once you complete a puzzle are extremely well done.

I've found no english review of it on the net, only some in dutch, german and russian, but from what I've read it seems to be an erotic point-and-click adventure from the makers of the Lula games.
