Hi,

I have downloaded Aura 2 which seems to have gone fine and I have received my serial number by email. When I double click the downloaded file (Aura 2 - The Sacred Rings Installer V1.3.exe), a command window pops up briefly and then closes. Nothing else happens.

Any hints on what I should do ?

Running Windows XP, Norton Internet Security 2013 (though I have tried it also with this disabled - no difference).

Let's see if we can fix it.... 

First, is this a zipped file?

Second, did you check the contents of the file by using Windows Explorer to see if there is a "Setup" program in the contents?

Where did you d/l it from?

These are the system requirements for the game:

What are your system specs?

Could you run DXDiag on your computer and tell me what it says?

(to run DXDiag go to Start > Run, type in dxdiag > OK)
