Yep. My personal favourite is still Age of Wonders 1, but both 2 & 2½ (Shadow Magic, which was called Age of Wonders 3 by many of the series fans) are quite good and hold up well. Shadow Magic is better than 2, due to it being very similar, but introducing two new factions, improving the AI and giving you more options for creating a skirmish game, though Age of Wonder 2's campaign is still worth a shot.
