Hello, I'm looking for a game which I played when i was around 4-5 years old. I don't remember much at all, almost nothing. The only thing I 'think' I remember is:

-Most likely point and click adventure
-Was released in 2000 or earlier
-Main character was some kind of superhero, or atleast looked like it, with a red suit and a cape.
-Trees outside a house, with a man standing outside(Maybe a professor)
-2D graphics, probably cartoonish art style
-Don't remember any weapons in the game

I know it's not much to go after. Some of this info may be completely wrong, but this is all i can think of when trying to remember the game. I have wanted to know the name of this game for the last couple of years, and it drives me nuts.

Thanks

It could be Legend of Kyrandia 1. There were lots of trees, he was wearing red and I think had a green vest that could have looked like a cape. I don't know how to find a picture of it, but see if you can find that somewhere and see if that is it. It was a fun kid's game.

Just check Mobygames for screenshots. If it is a remotely famous game, they will most likely have at lest one, probably several.

I find the notion of Brandon described as a superhero utterly hilarious, by the way.

It's hard to believe that voice is indeed the same as that of the Brotherhood of Nod's enigmatic leader, Kane.

While there's no cape involved, Roger Wilco does look perplexingly heroic (and is dressed in red) in Space Quest V:

There's one called The Adventures of Hyperman.  The now defunct A for Adventure website had some screenshots, but I found a cover shot at the Legacy:

There was also a tv show:
