I just attempted to respond to tincup's thread regarding quotes, only to find that none of the various "respond" buttons (including the "reply with quote" button seemed to work.  I was able only a few minutes ago to reply to another thread elsewhere, and a quick test seemed to indicate that a reply to another thread in this forum would likely work.

 

Perhaps part of the cause was related to the fact that tincup's thread was the first on the page at the time?
