1024 x 768 Resolution
but hey i just found the grab icon and was able to move the page around, now i can see the smileys and it will work ok. thanks for the reply.
it still does not fit but i can move it around.

I think it was the resolution causing the problem.
I've reduced the size of the post popup so it fits in 1024x768 as the minimum.
