Hi Caroline - Are you using Internet Explorer 7?
I have not been able to post for over at least a week using Explorer 8. When I hit 'Submit Post', nothing happens. I'm posting this with my iPad which I don't ordinarily use for posting (no regular keyboard).
Hi SirDave, can you try posting in IE8 now? It should work.
Testing, testing....with WinXP using IE8.
Yup, it's working! Many thanks!

Status : Offline | I wonder how many people have given up on JA because of all the problems. I just now have been able to post. Here is something that will probably frustrate visitors. I can only access all the Forums when signed in. When I am not signed in clicking on most forum links does nothing but returns me to the list of forums.
Can't say that I have ever seen this much problems with a Forum site this side of being hacked. I thought Forum software that you can get was cut and dried...obviously I am wrong. For all the frustrations the members and guests are having I would imagine it is ten times more frustrating for those trying to get the site running perfectly so they can concentrate on other matters

Hi GreyFuss, thanks for the heads up.
This issue should be fixed now.

Status : Offline | There seem to be an issue with the "last post" link on the main forum page. If I click on any of them, I will always be taken to a specific thread (for an example even though the last post for this sub forum was from the "adventure screenshot" thread, clicking on the link will take me to the "what are you playing?" thread). This is true no matter what the last post was, it will always take me to that particular thread. The same holds true for the other sub forums as well, but with threads in that particular sub forum.

Which reviews button did you use, walsh? If it's not working properly, it needs to be reported.

Status : Offline | Oh, okay. So the link is working; there just aren't many reviews. This is quite true.
I know that the ones from the old site are being entered on the new site, but I understand it's a slow process. I haven't been involved so I can only go by what I've been told.

Sorry, you must wait at least 30 seconds between posts.
Please try again shortly.
Seriously? This is quite annoying, 30 secs is a long time between posts
I lowered this to 15 seconds.
Yes, that was very annoying; thanks for fixing it.
