Is there any way to browse the reviews without entering specific title/author/date info? I used peruse that section looking for promising "next" game candidates and the alphabetic organization worked fine letting you skim easily through the thing. Now I'm not sure what to do...

The very first list that Just Adventure had, was pretty useful to me - as you guys say, being an alphabetic list, with little logo's telling you the platfrom and genre, and the grade it got.  That way, it was a great resouce if you didn't know what to buy or play next, or where considering buying or playing candidates from a list of games.

.

I agree, Traveller.

A complete, alphabetical index of a large, ever-expanding section like that is always very helpful - especially if it also includes some important details like overall reviewer's score, platform/s, etc.

It serves as a table of contents for quickly scanning familiar titles or just to peruse for ideas on unfamiliar ones.

Cheers, Terry

Yes the platform/genre/overall rating was very helpfull. I just hope all that wasn't all lost as it constituted quite a bit of work.

Grab 'em here, and save 'em off - (sure wish we could insert URL's and formatting)

This "new" format kinda blows - It's got a few nice features, but it lacks most of the useful functions the old forum had.

Here's another complaint about the new format by someone who, it seems,   especially registered to ask what happened to the old Reviews format....

So basically JA is just a mothballed AG site with a new forum? This was more than a typical website facelift - it's a different site now...

I complained about the missing reviews in the ***Back in Business thread*** back on November 5 (posts #68 and 71).

Administrator Drew answered in Post #92 of ***that same thread*** that...

We are working on converting all the reviews into the new system. Please be patient while we work hard to get as many back up as possible.

So hopefully they will all eventually reappear.

The same way that worked on the old JA+ forum -- and most other forums:

[ u r l = h t t p : / / w w w . j u s t a d v e n t u r e . c o m / ] JA's Home Page [ / u r l ]

without the spaces.

Once the post is sent, the reply with quote box doesn't show how I did it though.

@Jenny100 -  Lol and I started the thread. Thanks for pointing out that they are working on it.. Now I gotta figure out how to cut/paste comments, there doesn't seem to be a button for it...

Which I don't use because some of them added weird spacing I didn't want. I prefer to do it manually.

Insert Link (url formatting) is to the left the Image and YouTube buttons.

Unfortunately it's grayed out - we can't use it.
