I thought it might be The Silver Lining, but since I haven't played it I looked on Mobygames for the screenshot and couldn't see it there.

Cultura, might that be Whispered World?

A prequel, Trail of Shadows I believe.

I played through the demo. Still looking for a disc version (if it exists) as I have the first two. On the other hand I just noticed the price has been slashed 50% at Big Fish.

I'm wrong, std ed is $9.99, not the collector ed.

Drawn3 is pretty, and (I think) the most accomplished of the three. Darkish, more a full story.

Had to disable the movement though (a new feature in Drawn) since it made me seasick. With subscription it is 6,99 at BF, which is a good deal, I think.

I suppose, but then a lot of games look like Gabriel Knight but after 1995 required your guess to be more specific.

@Cultura

Your guess is correct.

First two episodes are offered for $8.99 each at adams-venture.com.  I should at the least check out reviews. Not a whole lot of new stuff out here these days.

Remember, The Silver Lining is an episodic game; which episode entry did you look at?

However, I will take The Silver Lining. ^_^

(For the record, it was episode 3, if I recall correctly.)

Ah. I looked at all of them, or at least I thought I did! Now of course I'll have to buy them all

Hm.. Doesn't look like a Myst page, but that could be because I'm not seasoned enough

Looks like a hand at the bottom there, pulling open the drawer containing the page.  The hand seems to be in a rather cartoony style.  Hmmmm

..but I'm not seasoned either, lots of older games I've not played.  :S

Walsh,

Your screenshot with the vases is from Adventure at the Chateau d'Or.
