Rules, Policies and Disclaimers

The Just Adventure message board is a place where posters can feel free to exchange ideas and discuss topics with their fellow posters. In order to keep the message board an enjoyable place for everyone, both members and guests, who wish to participate on our message board, we have a set of rules of policies that must be abided by.

Just Adventure is solely responsible for creating, hosting, and maintaining this message board. This is a private message board and shall not be used for anyone's personal causes.

Just Adventure reserves the right to ban any member from this message board who has been detemined to be in violation of any rule or simply for the good of the overall community. Just Adventure also reserves the right to delete or remove any post on our message board.

The Rules for the Just Adventure Forum

-No foul language that would be considered abusive or non-family. This includes any materials that are knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, sexually oriented, vulgar, obscene, hateful, harassing, profane, racist, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or that otherwise violates any local, state, national or international law or regulation.

-No avatar/posting of any materials including pictures, drawings and/or graphics that are sexually-orientated, vulgar, obscene, hateful, racist or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or anything that would be considered non-family.

-No posting of copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you. This is includes posting of links to illegal downloads of movies, games, books and any other material that is copyrighted. No posting of serial keys for software or sites that contain file-sharing software. This includes copyright infringement posts that allows members to evade copyright laws or use pirated software. 

-Sharing of message board accounts is not accepted. 

-No blatant advertisements for non-adventure products, schemes, chain letters, pyramid schemes, and solicitations are also prohibited from this message board. Posters are allowed to include a web site address in a signature, request comments on their personal site in a social setting, or provide an interesting or relevant link to another site. Any web site address that is found in violation of the rules will be removed.

-No trolling. Trolling is whenever someone is clearly and deliberately posting in a manner for the sole purpose of angering and/or insulting the other participants of the message board. Trolling can also be posts directed not only to one member but also a group of members. Trolling does not encourage further discussion. Trolling encourages personal attacks and as such will not be tolerated.

-No rude or disrespectful posts to or about members. This includes to moderators and Just Adventure staff especially. We will not tolerate members that will harass or insult others in hurtful or in a trolling fashion.

-No posts or topics about politics or religion are allowed.
