Give broken robot energy cell
open door in wall near broken robot
give eye to robot, take key
hit switch, then 2 other switches, auto crowbar...oil can... fill it in the right puddle...and thats where i'm stuck

I have done everything the walkthrough said and consumed every pill I can find. But I don't have enough energy to climb the stairs.
I am using the web version. I will try the downloaded version and see if this is a bug.

I guess this forum does not send email notifications, sorry for not responding for so long.

It appears after destroying the box with the tank and is in the corner of the room to the right and front of the tank.
