Status : Online | Vintage-Sierra came to mind, but they unfortunately don't have photos of the Gabriel Knight games. TheLegacy has photos of the German releases, which I think are virtually the same to the English releases (with the exception possibly of catalogs and addendums).
My experience with SierraOriginals is that they always cut out the extras, they are essentially bare bones budget re-releases. I don't think the graphic novel would be included, although there should be a manual, albeit a likely abridged one.

Status : Offline | Thanks for helping, Gonchi! Unfortunately I already knew about TheLegacy and searching there didn't help: the only info I could find on the Sierra Original's version were screen shots of the covers, same as MobyGames. There were some full content screen shots available, but from other releases.
Thanks for the Vintage-Sierra link (it might come in handy in the future), but unfortunately they don't seem to have included info on the Gabriel Knight Games (they only appear listed).
So, I'm still stuck... ... Can anybody participate with more ideas?

You're not likely to get the comic book.
I still have mine, I'm happy to say. It's nice, though frankly not essential. The backstory it provides can be extracted from PDF versions easily obtainable, anyway.

It comes in a carton box a little slimmer than that of the original 1993 release and contains the game CD in a plastic case, a small manual of about 20-25 pages (as front insert of the jewel case) with instructions on how to install and play the game, a Sierra games catalogue and a registration card. Unfortunately it doesn’t include the comic book that came with the original version.
The same happens with the “Sierra Originals” version of “Gabriel Knight 3:Blood of the Sacred, Blood of the Damned”. Inside the box you’ll find everything that was included with the first edition of the game (3 CDs in a fat jewel case, manual, registration card, Sierra catalogue), save for the comic book.
