Status : Offline | The hardest puzzle in the game turned out to be getting it to run. I ended up copying a DLL file from Puzzle Agent to replace one that was causing conflicts in Back to the Future. Never had to do something like that before with a game.
Though I enjoyed it a lot, albeit mostly from the standpoint of a somewhat interactive movie than as a game. As a game this is one of Telltale's worst efforts. But as Stiler said, the story and voice acting are great. You can tell an incredible amount of work went into making the game feel like the films, and it really pays off in terms of presentation.

If you like the films, you'll enjoy it.

Status : Offline | I just read a review of this game on another AG site. They gave it 4 (of 5) stars but described it as having "awkward, console-oriented controls" and "many" timed puzzles. Not my type of AG so I'll pass on this one.
I don't buy download-only games. Never have, never will........Mike

The good news is that one can use the wasd keys instead which is soooo much easier.

On the other hand, Telltale seem to focus on "just the story" in their PR material in general (just my impression based on limited experience), and I understand the decision not to mention Mr Lloyd in light of the fact that Michael J Fox is not reprising Marty. (And you were 50% right! )

I watched Michael J Fox who recently appeared on an episode of SNL. With respect to his diagnosis and current prognosis of Parkinson’s he still seems to be doing OK. Thank you Telltale, I bet he’s watching this. 8-)

Status : Offline | i was hoping back to the future would improve my opinion on telltale. im sure their games are well done but there has always been something stale and unengaging about them for me.
this is unfortunately no different. there is always something missing with telltale games and i think if they cant get me into a back to the future game then they cant get me into any of their games.
i wish i could put my finger on why i cant enjoy them.
