A few of the questions threw me too, but I managed to bungle through it anyway.

Heh, I found myself overthinking a few of those as well. I ended up checking the middle option for the ones that could have gone either way depending on the situation.
Nice to have a place to list our favorite adventures. And a section on pricing, particularly episodic games, as they tend to be overpriced.
Maybe it's a commentary on the brevity of adventures these days, but I found the choices for ideal game length to be a bit odd, as they topped out at only 12+ hours.

You didn't answer some questions and you could keep going? The Survey would not let me go to the next page if I didn't answer everything on the page I was on. I wonder why you could and I couldn't....hmmm

I wonder why you could and I couldn't....hmmm Maybe it was different questions. I didn't answer the income and occupation questions. Maybe those were optional while the ones you didn't want to answer were mandatory?

You may be right. Upon further review there are questions that are mandatory and those which are not. The income and profession questions are not mandatory. The question that bounced me back that I didn't answer was the one about what other games besides adventure do you play. Since I don't play any other type of games I have no answer for it. So all is well for those not wishing to answer the personal, non game related questions, at least on the first page.
Would the credibility of a Surveys results be in question if you are forced to put in an answer for any question that you have no answer for. Why are any questions mandatory? Wouldn't it be useful to have a "No answer" option for each question?
I am sorry as I am ranting on...Surveys and Survey results is a pet peeve of mine and all this is certainly just my opinion.......carry on :-/

Since I also play Action/Adventures, I checked that, so I didn't notice there's no "No answer" option. Yes, that option should have been there.

| Deleted User | I found the "personal" questions the easiest to reply to, actually. The questionnaire seemed at times to be more geared to a shooter or RPG or strategy game, and often they left out an option. I mean PS2 games are still being sold new, but, Hoo boy, that's not good enough to include.
Also, with the "annoying" questions, I was not quite sure what they meant: I mean, why would replayability be annoying? :-? ...and with writing and voice-acting = did they mean does "bad"voice acting annoy me...- I find it hard to see how writing and voice acting per se could annoy me... Yeah- and re the episodic games... if you don't play 'em, what should you reply? :-X

my earnings have almost halved since last year as I get paid in pounds sterling and why was it relevant ?
couple of important questions missing IMHO
Do you find DRM annoying , very annoying , it only hurts the ones you love
Do you find crap endings annoying ,very annoying , sorry the money ran out
Maybe also a question on internet speeds might be useful , I have 10Mb broadband so downloading 600MB+ is little hassle , but someone on dialup will have a different outlook
Playing ME3-Citadel ,TOMB raider ,Skyrim Dragonborn
Waiting fot journey down episode 2 ,Dragon AGE 3

I found it weird that there'd often be a question with an option missing, and then that option would appear on the next question. For example the question about interface which didn't mention the keyboard, and then a keyboard question.

I also took the survey this afternoon, but don't recall any repeated questions?
Do you remember which one it was, Inesrocks?

I think it was the one about how we prefered the "point and click system":
-just click (one action click) -click to move, observe, act... (...)
or something like that.. this is the best I can do at this hour :-X
