Traveler - I don't know why, but that part of the game was memorable enough for me...
Next clue: Fictional place. It's surprisingly cold there. Your visit there is optional, but it's the best part of the game so you should not miss it.

Heh, I know the feeling. I look in on this forum regularly hoping against hope I'll be able to get something from the Adventure Scene Game sometime, but never have any luck.

Now that I think of it, this location is a bit of a spoiler. Too late, I guess. There are almost no people in this location, but the game itself is all about talking to people. I wonder if we'll find more about this location in the sequel?

It may not be snowy, but Pheonix mentions a few times that it's cold there. As opposed to the perfect climate of the Piramid I might add (I have a theory about that, but this is not the place).

Here's mine:
You stare up at the monument to hate in bleak despair, as God sneers down upon you.

I can't remember a specific scene, but I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream's overall mood fits... I think :.

Maybe someone will guess your location and be merciful enough to post a location in a game that I might actually have played....

*sigh*. Seeing that I have just finished GK2, I think you are indeed correct, Nik! :'(
..but in my defence - a sense of foreboding didn't fill me as I was walking through the woods... :
