FINALLY!!!!! 8-) 8-) 8-) 8-)

THE most anticipated adventure! i was a bit disappointed by the sshots, since i was expecting to see smth in game, but who cares... the great thing is, the wheels are in motion... now let's see how i can hybernate until fall 2009 so that the time can go by quickly! :

You have gotten the attention of the mysterious lady. She turns to face you. Her face is devoid of any flesh. You are frozen with horror as she begins ripping your body into a bloody mess.

Looking forward to the sequel, despite being somewhat underwhelmed by the original, it did have an ambitious spark lacking in so many modern AGs (or any games for that matter) and put a too rarely seen effort into dialogues.

If the sequel is able to give the player a more active role in events, allow us to journey with the player character, rather than curse her ignorance, make the "girly aspects"
more optional, and add a greater gameplay element to conversations, I'd be well pleased.

While I'm on wishlists - it would be great if the non-linear aspects could be expanded on, not just in terms of order of completion or missing out on bits of content, but multiple ways to approach tasks, different consequences for different actions, even a more malleable storyline. I see this area as a fertile ground for improvement in the genre, and the strict linearity of most AGs as a significant weakness, but understand the difficulty of realisation, even RPGs, the more natural genre for this type of gameplay have not explored it anything like enough. It was the promise of a degree non-linearity that drew me to CI, and a partial reason for my disappointment.

Sounds like your wish list is among the longer list in our design at the moment

So no worries, we were massively constrained by our old licensed engine - now that we have our new in house engine built, tested and running, we are pushing whatever boundaries make sense and that we wanted to have all along

One of my bigger complaints was getting around. It seemed sluggish and really hard to tell where a screen transition would occur. Somtimes when one did the screen almost did a 180 confusing me big time.
