I won't even mention how many games I have but I have a version of all the ones mentioned

here's some that aren't on your list

Gag (strange game out of Germany)
Backpacker ( the narrator is really hysterical in places. I really enjoyed this game)

Several GameTek games and still two of my personal favorites:

Jack The Ripper
Re-Elect JFK

Point of View (Excellent FMV game that just stayed under the radar, by the guys who made 7th Guest. 11th Hour, TLC)
Hell Cab
Panic in the Park (terrible game along with Night Traps, but even the horrible ones, I just can't let go)
The Scoop
James Bond: The Stealth Affair
Silent Steel
Ceremony of Innocence ( a very interesting game based on Griffen and Sabine books)

among others...

Don't know if they're all that rare, but I have The Dark Half by Capstone and a 16/2 Color version of Rise of the Dragon which I think are a tad obscure.

Dráscula is meant to be hard to find. Actually, I'd say most of the earlier Adventure Games of Spanish origin are fairly hard to get hold of (unless you're in Spain, I guess), such as El Tesoro de Isla Alcachofa and Alfred Pelrock. Hollywood Monsters has been republished several times as of late, though I think the original release remains fairly rare.

Actually it's a Russian game.
Now, one really rare game is The Ultimate Haunted House, a children's adventure game by Gahan Wilson & Microsoft. I played it as a kid and was very impressed by the artwork, the gameworld, the atmosphere (there were moments when I was almost scared to death). Great game, it's a shame I scratched my CD shortly after replaying it several times..

The edition of Rise of the dragon you mention sounds quite rare.
Is the box art the same as the VGA one? I don´t have The Dark half, but im looking forward to add it to my collection (if I could find it...)

I have both Alfred Pelrock & the original release of Hollywood monsters, theyre not rare in my country at all.

Identical, except I noticed that the VGA release has 256 Color Version written under the title, where as the 16 Color Version does not (at least mine doesn't).

Well, there's one being sold on Amazon for $35. Personally, I don't think it's worth that, hard to find or not.

I have only heard of 3 of all the games mentioned (Rhea, dinotopia & Inherit the Earth) and I've been playing AGs since the early 90s, but one of the titles sounds really weird -what on earth is 'The Blobjob' about :-?

I suspected that you had the names mixed, Critical Path (on my "to get" list) is a less-common game than the well-known legend adventure.

More rare adventures, found some info around the web:

Grackon`s Curse
Stay Tooned
Thorgal Quest
Tlon - A misty story

Thorgal's Quest as in Curse of Atlantis? If so, I think that's fairly easy to come about. I had it and got rid of it because I thought it was awful. I got the X-Files FMV game for it though, so I didn't improve much.

A game that's occurred to me just now that hasn't been mentioned yet is Blue Heat: The Case of the Cover Girl Murders. That's a fairly hard one to find, I believe.

Looking over my collection I can't say I own any truly "rare" game. I do have some games that I like to refer to as obscure though, like for example Noctropolis, BloodNet, Veil of Darkness, Cruise for a Corpse (for the PC), and besides Adventures, Blood Bowl, Albion, Solar Winds Episodes 1 & 2 (which are still sold by mail order by EpicClassics) and Whale's Voyage (for the PC, I think the Amiga version is very common).

I've played ten from this list.  Mission Critical is the best of those ten.  For a while that company made some wonderful adventures:  Mission Critical, Shanara, and Death Gate.

Remember, procrastinate now.  Don't put it off!!

What about Touche'? I don't know about now but it took me a couple of years and big bucks to score 2 copies of it (one for Randy and one for me).

We can be heroes, just for one day.
