don't forget that after 24 hours pass since the posting of the pic there can be no more guessing... lady k will then need to reveal the name and then post a new pic (bearing the same number)

If nobody gets it by the deadline (in about an hour), I'm going to have to post the new picture soon after rather than waiting an hour. I didn't get enough sleep last night and want to get to sleep before 1:30.
Edit: Ah ha! I caught that change, Papabrody, but it isn't the Crystal Key 2 either.

Talk about a change in difficulty...
(the one before was next to impossible, LadyK... :)

One of the differences in difficulty is that I took the screenshot for Labyrinth of Time myself, and the other I pulled off the net. Since I would be close to a penalty if you all missed the next one, I was not going to take any chances. Personally, I think the picture poster should be rewarded if no one guesses the picture, just as long as it's not a piece of cyan sky from a Norman game or something equally obscure, like a deer from Imprisoned Gods.
Anyway, here's the full screenshot:

LadyK, I'd guess that maybe 1 out of 100 people ever heard of Labyrinth of Time whereas Broken Sword should be the other way around.

Status : Offline | i initially thought about one point plus for the pic-poster if the pic is not guessed... but that would certainly lead to impossible pics like imprisoned gods or norman in the sky with diamonds so i didn't do it... then i thought about ppl like agustin and his very (VERY) old impossible missing pieces threads, so i figured there could be a penalty for someone who keeps posting insane pics like imprisoned norman... but it shouldn't be completely discouraged either, hence the 3 pics rule... plus it can work out as strategy moves as well... imagine this scenario:
lady k 10 pts with 2 unguessed pics posted (not in a row) elfstone 9 pts
lady k is the current poster and elfstone knows the pic she has posted... he can guess it and go to 10 pts, but next round he'll have the disadvantage of being the poster, which would mean no pts for him... on the other hand he can risk leaving it unguessed and that way if no one else guesses it it will be -1 for lady k and her being the next poster! yes, it's not just a game, it's war!
