Shivers has an excellent, well designed environment, a decent array of puzzles, but relies too much on classic puzzles to get by, and made the clue collecting puzzles mostly too easy. But the most fun I've had exploring in a game in some time. A "minor classic" I remember someone around here calling it -- I'll go along with that. I give it a 7.

I'd go with 7 as well. The museum was fun to explore,; lots to see. The negatives for me - Ixupi attacks and playing some puzzles against the computer.

From what I can remember it wasn't a bad game.  Some of the puzzles got a bit tedious though, having to keep doing them over to move between different parts of the museum

Some of the music loops got a bit annoying, some were very short as I recall.

I called it a mini-classic in another favorable Shivers post here.

Minor or mini-classic, I thought Shivers was one sweet - and atmospheric - little game. One of the few Adventure games I have played (and finished) more than once.

I gave it an 8.

Finished Shivers for the first time a while ago and absolutely loved it, even though it got a little tedious halfway through. But the atmosphere was great, I loved the graphics (even though they are hopelessly outdated), the sound, exploring the museum and the puzzles. 9 out of 10.

Shivers is one of few games I've replayed several times. On a scale from 1 to 10, (with 11 being absolute perfection, which is unattainable), I'd give Shivers a 10.
