I gave a 9 for both games combined for the same reasons antoinetta gave, plus the fact I had both games on one DVD, so going from syberia 1 to 2 was a seamless experience and counted as one game to me.  Individually they were both pretty short, but with such amazing graphics which must have taken ages to put together, I guess the payoff was perhaps that there wouldn't be enough money and time left in their budget to expand on the game length.
Brilliant games, with an amazing journey.  Lotsa respect for Benoit Sokal and Microids [smiley=bowdown.gif]

I gave this one a 6.

Highs: Nice story, excellent graphics and atmosphere.
Lows: takes ages to get to locations, 'no need to go down there' repetiveness, bloody annoying Oscar, only few things to interact with.

Oh, and I still haven't played the sequel, nor even bought it. Shows for me that I was rather disappointed with Syberia 1 after finishing it.

Deleted UserI gave it a 10.

It is the first game that every made me want to look online for more about the author and composers of the music.

It is the first forum I ever joined.

A very charming story. The artwork is superb. the music is great.

Syberia II was a major dissapointment ruined everything.
