Little Nightmares is Full of Big Scares
Tasier Studios offers up a grim shadow-filled adventure in which you confront your childhood fears

In Little Nighmares you play Six, a wee lass dressed in a yellow slicker who becomes trapped in the darkest depths of an oversized world called The Maw.

You really don't belong here and must find a way out. Meanwhile, if you're to survive, you must reconnect with your inner child, use your imagination and be smart, resourceful, and ready for anything.

The Maw is a place of lost things. It tells tales of long arms, endless feasts and hapless wanderers. It arrives every year but never in the same place. It buries its claws beneath the water and waits for monstrous, sweating "guests" with bulging bodies and eyes dead with boredom to start stumbling up its gangway. Those who enter are never seen again. Until now, anyway.

You'll explore Six's world, which takes the form of a disturbingly charming dollhouse deep inside The Maw. It becomes part dream and part nightmare.

You'll encounter the grotesque Twin Chefs, who shuffle across a greasy kitchen floor and fill each dish with blood, sweat and tears. You'll meet playful oddities called Nomes who, while easily spooked, are open to making friends with strangers.

You must escape this place.

Little Nightmares, from Tarsier Studios and BANDAI NAMCO Entertainment, is to be released on PS4, Xbox One and Windows in Spring 2017.
